Concrete Driveway Virginia Beach Virginia 23455

This is a concrete driveway in Virginia Beach Virginia. In addition to a new driveway, we tore out and replaced the front sidewalk, front steps, back steps, back patio and added sidewalks to the house. The new concrete driveway made the house looked much better than it did before.

Not only does the house look better, but it is much more functional due to the new steps, sidewalks and patio. We also relocated the access panel to get under the house. This enabled us to raise the patio.

This is a another picture of a concrete driveway. We used saw-cuts for expansion instead of pressure treated 1″ by 4″ wood that many contractors prefer to use. The wood decays over time. The city requires the use of expansion material 10 feet off of the street to separate the city right of way from the rest of the driveway.
