This is the top portion of a new 18 foot wide 2 car concrete driveway on a cul-de-sac in Virginia Beach. Saw-cutting the expansion joints eliminates the need to put pressure treated wood or hand tool joints in the concrete. Pressure treated wood deteriates over time and hand tooled joints are only 3/4″ deep.
